How can I send money to my beneficiary in the Philippines?

You can send money anywhere in the Philippines thru our different services such as Door to Door, Bank to bank, Direct Payment/Pick-up at our Pay Stations and Text Remit Scheme.

What is Door to Door Cash Delivery?

Door to Door Cash Delivery covers inward remittances delivered and payable to a specific person.

Remittance details must include beneficiary’s exact house number, street, district, town/municipality/city/name, and contact numbers.

Cash is given only to the specified beneficiary; in this case, it is recommended that at least (2) beneficiaries are( stated as “or” ) named.

A valid identification will be required before the messenger can give the cash.

What are the valid identifications that can be presented to the messenger?

1 ) Driver’s License
2 ) Passport
3 ) Postal ID
4 ) Senior Citizen’s ID
5 ) SSS ( with picture )
6 ) School/ Company ID

What happens if the beneficiary/ies is not present at the time of delivery?

A notice containing contact details and procedures will be left at the given address and redelivery will be scheduled as soon as the beneficiary gives us instruction.

Can the beneficiary authorize someone to receive the money on his/her behalf?

Yes, Provided that an authorization letter and ID of the beneficiary will be presented together with the ID of the authorized person claiming.

What is Bank to Bank Payment Scheme?

Bank to Bank if the beneficiary maintains an account with any Philippine local bank, the remittance can be credited within 24 hours from receipt of the payment instruction.

What is Direct Payment or Pick-up Scheme?

Remittance is forwarded to the nearest DiRECT pay station.

The money may be claimed at the pay station within 24 hours from the time said instruction is received.

The beneficiary receives a notice from DiRECT containing details of the remittance.

The beneficiary claims the funds over-the-counter, and is required to present at least one ( 1 ) valid identification card.

What is Text Remit Payment Scheme?

It is service using Short Message Service (SMS) technology. You can either remit money or reload credits via our two partners, Globe Telecom's Globe Kababayan and Smart Communications' Smart Padala. For more details, click on their respective links.

How can I be sure that my money reaches my beneficiary?

After confirmation and approval of your payment, your remittance is guaranteed delivery in our listed commitment time at normal situations except for weekends or holidays in UK or in the Philippines

However, in situations of major calamity that affect the scheduled delivery time of remittance, you will immediately be informed of other fast alternative to deliver the money to your beneficiary or get the full refund.
