How to Claim:

1. Remitter should bring 10 proof of remittance to our office and fill up claim form. We will then call the qualified beneficiary and confirm delivery or dine in schedule.
2. Delivery is available in key cities nationwide only while Dine-In is available at all Jollibee stores
   nationwide.
3. If the beneficiary fails to accept the delivery or avail the Dine In transaction as confirmed and
   agreed during the verification process, we shall consider the meal package claimed or forfeited.
4. A valid proof of identification should be presented by the beneficiary upon claiming the prize.
